RETURN POLICY

 

WE DOES NOT PROVIDE FREE RETURN SHIPPING. THE RETURN SHIPPING COST WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM YOUR REFUND

To return one or more items from the order, they must meet all of the following conditions: THE RETURN MUST BE REGISTERED LESS THAN 14 DAYS AFTER RECEIVING YOUR ORDER. The items must be in their original condition, unused, unaltered, and unwashed. Footwear should be placed inside its original shoe box and a shipping box to prevent any damage during transportation. IF WE RECEIVE A DAMAGED SHOEBOX IN RETURN, WE RESERVES THE RIGHT TO DEDUCT 30 EUR FROM YOUR REFUND.

ADV reserves the right to reject any returning products that do not comply with the above-stated return policy. Abandoned items will be sent back to the original shipping address without processing any refund. To avoid this, please get in touch with our Customer Care team to address any issues or concerns regarding the item(s) you wish to return.

RETURNS

To initiate a refund, please email support@advstore.lt.

REFUNDS

Once returned shoes have been quality checked and approved, ADV will issue a refund to the original method of payment and a confirmation email will be sent to you. Refunds can take up 5 to 14 business days to process after we have received the returned product. It may take your financial institution additional time to process the transaction and update your bank statement.

EXCHANGES

ADV does not offer exchanges.

FREQUENT RETURNS

Our system will automatically flag frequent returns made from the same account. If we notice that our return policy is being abused, we may take action in the form of blocking an account and cancelling future orders.

ADV reserves the right to reject returns that do not comply with the Return Policy. Returns that do not respect the policy may be sent back to the original shipping address.
