Order
We strive to ship all orders as quickly as possible and as soon as you have received the order confirmation email, you will not be able to cancel the order. You are welcome to return your order for a refund.For return instructions, see here. We are unable to recall the parcel while it is on its way to you. If you refuse the delivery and the order is automatically returned to us, we may charge you for the return shipment - a fee of up to 40 Euros. And the refund can take up to 6 weeks.
We recommend receiving the order and shipping it back to us as this return is less expedient but considerably cheaper.It's unfortunately not possible to edit an order. You can return the item for a refund if you like after you've received it. You can find the instructions on how to return your order here.
When your order has been dispatched from our warehouse you will get a shipping confirmation e-mail with your tracking number.
Shipping & Delivery
We try to ship out your order within 1 to 3 business days from the day you placed your order. Delivery within Europe is 2-6 business days from when the order has been shipped. When we ship to a non-EU country, you may as a receiver be subject to pay local customs fees upon delivery. These fees are decided by local customs - please contact your local customs for further info. During periods of campaigns and sales, it can take longer before your order is shipped out and some delay may be expected. Once your order is shipped out you will receive a tracking email with a link to follow your order.
When your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will get a shipping confirmation e-mail with your tracking number. This is normally done within 1-3 business days of placing the order.
We ship to most countries in the world. However, due to different circumstances, there are some countries that we don't ship to.
You can choose what country you want your order delivered to at the Check Out section after you have added a product to your cart. If we don't ship to your country it will say "Unfortunately, we are not shipping to your country at the moment".
Returns
The return must be registered less than 14 days after receiving your order.
Any product(s) must be returned in mint condition. The products should not have been worn, used, or washed (other than tried on). Returns will only be accepted if the products are returned with the original packaging fully intact and with all labels and tags attached to the product
Remember that the shoe box is part of the product and cannot be damaged. If we receive a damaged shoebox in return, we reserves the right to deduct 30 EUR from your refund.
We does not provide free return shipping. The return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. We does not refund any shipping fees or customs fees that have been paid by the customer. We does not offer exchanges. You are welcome to place a new order.
It may take up to two weeks for your return to be processed. You will receive an email when the refund has been issued. Please note that it might take a bit longer to process your return during sales periods. We thank you for your patience.
If you haven't heard from us after two weeks, please start by checking with the tracking number of your return that the parcel has actually reached the warehouse and is not stuck on the way.
Payments
Website. Depending on the delivery country, we provide different types of payment methods. They will also be displayed at the checkout.
Security. Our payments are handled by Stripe, one of the world's leading companies in providing secure online payments.
App Payments. The card payments are limited to Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and some other local types of cards. The payment methods are limited because they serve not only as means to pay, but also allow us to verify you as a customer and to limit customers signing up multiple times.
