Here you will find answers to the most frequently asked questions regarding our services. We have tried to collect all the most important information to make your experience with us as convenient and enjoyable as possible.

Order
We strive to ship all orders as quickly as possible, so once you receive a confirmation email, you will no longer be able to cancel your order.
However, you can return your ordered items for a refund. You can find return instructions here.We cannot cancel a shipment while it is in transit. If you refuse to accept the shipment and it is automatically returned to us, we may apply a return fee of up to 40 euros.
Refunds may take up to 6 weeks.
We recommend that you still accept the shipment and then return it - this method is slower, but much cheaper.
Unfortunately, you cannot edit your order. Once you receive your item, you can return it for a refund. Instructions on how to return your order can be found here.
Once your order has been shipped from our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
Delivery and shipping information
We aim to dispatch your order within 1-3 working days from the date of order placement. Delivery within Europe takes 2-6 working days from the date of order dispatch.
If we ship to a country outside the EU, the recipient may be required to pay local customs duties upon delivery. These duties are determined by local customs - please contact your country's customs office for more information.
During promotions and sales, orders may take longer to ship, so delays are possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking email with a link where you can track the progress of your shipment.
Once your order has been shipped from our warehouse, you will receive an email with a shipping confirmation and tracking number. This usually happens within 1-3 business days of placing your order.
We ship to most countries in the world. However, due to certain circumstances, we do not deliver to some countries.
You can select the country you would like to receive your order to during checkout when you add the item to your cart.
If we do not deliver to your country, the system will display a message: "Unfortunately, we do not currently deliver to your country."
Returns
Returns or exchanges must be registered within 14 calendar days of receiving the order.
Returned goods must be:
- unused (only trying on allowed);
- intact;
- unwashed;
- with original labels and tags;
- in original, neat packaging.
Please note that the shoe box is part of the product and cannot be damaged.
If the returned item or its packaging is damaged, we may apply a reduction in the value of the item, which may be deducted from the refund amount.If the ordered item is not the right size, you can:
- change it to another size, or
- choose another product from our range.
The exchange is carried out through the return process.
Once the item is returned and approved, the replacement item is repackaged and shipped to the Buyer.If another product or size is selected:
- the replacement item is shipped after receipt and inspection of the returned item;
- if the price of the new product is different, the price difference:
- returned to the Buyer, or
- paid additionally.
The Buyer pays the shipping costs for returning the product.
A replacement item will only be shipped after the returned item has been received and inspected.
The terms and conditions for re-sending the replacement product and the shipping costs are determined individually and provided.
To the buyer at the time of confirmation. Shipping or customs fees paid for the original order are non-refundable.Returns and exchanges are processed within 10-14 business days from the date of receipt and inspection of the returned item.
You will receive an email notification once your return or exchange has been approved.
Processing may take slightly longer during sales periods.
Thank you for your patience.If you have not received any information after 14 business days, we recommend:
- check the tracking number of the return shipment;
- make sure that the shipment has reached our warehouse;

Payment
Website. Depending on the country of delivery, we offer various payment methods. They will be displayed during checkout.
Security: Our payments are processed by Stripe, one of the world's leading secure online payment platforms.
In-app payments. Card payments are limited to Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and some other local cards. These payment methods not only allow you to make a payment, but also help us verify your identity as a customer and limit the creation of multiple accounts.
